I am enjoying the time that I am spending bonding with Princess. I love it when she wakes up, stretches herself, opens her eyes, focus on us and then smiles.
Princess has now learned to turn over. Once in a while, her hand still gets stuck under her tummy but she is slowly learning to move her hand out and even to turn back.

Princess loves the day cot that my mother bought for her from IKEA. My wonderful mother even bought an entire bedding set. In fact, she bought spare sets of bed sheets, pillow cases, etc as well!

Our little ballerina-in-the-making / gymnast-in-the-making likes to show us how flexible her limbs are.

We are so blessed to have a baby who is so good natured and who loves to smile at everyone. Simple things in life amuse her, including the singing of nursery rhymes to her. I have noticed that when I sing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars" to her, she pays attention and tries to sing along. It will not be long before she is able to do so.

As it sometimes gets warm in our apartment unit in the afternoons, Princess likes to laze around on her "watching television chair" when she is not taking a nap.

Our little darling is curious about everything and her head is frequently turning in various directions to capture the sights and sounds around her.

Princess has a habit of clasping her hands together, as though to give you greetings. What a cutie!

Late this afternoon, I gave Princess a sponge bath and let her play in her day cot.

Princess was in the mood for some hugging and as such, I carried her and started playing "peek-a-boo" with her. We were having fun laughing together when I suddenly heard my name being called. I carried Princess to our main door (which was open but the grille was locked) and realised that MIL had come for a visit.

This is MIL's second visit to see Princess. She came to our home the night before but Princess was already asleep. Today, MIL had the opportunity to entertain Princess.

MIL had thoughtfully brought a lot of food for us as I will be at home the whole of this week and I will not have time to cook. Thank you so much, MIL.

Grandmother and granddaughter had a good time getting acquainted. Princess is not shy with strangers and she gurgled happily when MIL made cooing sounds at her.

After MIL entertained Princess, Princess decided that it was time for her to entertain MIL instead. As such, Princess started to demonstrate her gymnastic skills.

MIL was captivated by the beautiful baby and she had a good time playing with Princess.

Okay, enough of playing. Princess got drowsy and started to doze off. In the meantime, MIL and I sat down for a hot cup of coffee each.

After MIL went home, Princess sat in her "watching television chair" and watched the Asian Food Channel on cable television. She seems interested in food programmes. This is so exciting - I will have a little helper in the kitchen soon!

As the weather was a little warm, I decided to let Princess wear a sleeveless top while waiting for her daddy to come home. I managed to take a quick photograph of Princess sitting up before she had enough.

My little darling, daddy and mommy love you very much. We pray for the Lord's favour and blessing upon you every day of your life. Please continue to be sweet and cheerful.
