The anticipation

The Lord is faithful and true.

His Words says that He will bless us with children and our lives will be fulfilled. In the new covenant, everything is "done, done, done". There is nothing for us to do except to believe in Him and to wait on Him.

After 11 years of waiting, our wait is almost over. Our precious gift from the Lord will join us soon.

Thank You, Lord, for blessing us. We are truly blessed to receive from You. Your favour always shines upon us and You always exceed our expectations. Everything has and will come to pass.

We have started buying items in preparation for the arrival of our wonderful blessing.

What you see below is an infant's sofa bed. As a baby, the bed can be opened up and used as a day bed. As the child grows older, it can be converted back to a sofa. It is versatile and useful. It even comes with little soft toys that can be hung overhead for our little one to enjoy.

We have also bought a foldable mattress for the spare room. My mother has agreed to take care of our precious gift while we are at work. The tentative plans are that she will come over to our home on mondays to fridays to babysit and we will send her home after work each day. As such, we have bought a foldable mattress that can be opened up during weekdays for her to rest and it can be folded up during weekends when she is not at our home.
